The Best Way to Go Vegan (and Make It Last)
When Matt and I first went vegetarian (over 10 years ago for Matt and nearly that long for me), our journeys weren’t all that direct. Matt tried, and failed, before trying again six months later. And I just kind of fell into it, with a bunch of weird exceptions for the first several months.
Going vegan was just as turbulent for both of us a few years later.
So now, with more experience and perspective behind us, how would we suggest people make the transition themselves in a way that will last for the long term?
In today’s episode, we share what we believe worked and what didn’t during our own transitions to vegetarianism and veganism, and what we wish we had done differently. Plus, we address several of the common questions or hangups people have before making the switch.
