As someone whose job it is to help people eat better, move better, and feel better, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about and researching the best way to change habits.

In fact, I came up with this meal plan — one based on the 7 most important foods to eat, every single day — as the basis for talks that I give at plant-based health events, precisely because what I've observed at these events, time and again, is that lots of highly motivated people walk away with a ton of information and inspiration… but no plan for actually starting.

I have always been drawn toward a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle but I have yet to find a way to make it stick.
